About Senan Industry

Senan Industry is a UAE manufacturer of plastic packaging, producing blow-moulded HDPE jerry cans and their injection-moulded caps for the lubricant, chemical and food industries. Established by the M.A.H.Y. Khoory Group in 2009, Senan Industry is built around a clear principle: a container is only as reliable as its seal, so the can and the cap should be made together.

Every container begins as premium-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), sourced from reputed polymer suppliers in the region and used without calcium carbonate fillers. It is blow-moulded into cans from 500 ml to 25 litres, while caps and inner plugs are injection-moulded in the same factory, each made to seal a specific neck.

From its plant in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, Senan Industry supplies lubricant, chemical, food and household care manufacturers across the UAE, combining high-volume production on German and Japanese machinery with custom moulds, colours and branding for each customer. Its customers include Burj Eiffel International Lubricants Industry, Global Lubricant Industry, Real Detergent & Disinfectants Industry, Itihad General Trading and Atlantic Grease and Lubricants, and it is now extending into Oman, Saudi Arabia and injection-moulded food packaging.

Solar power on site

Blow moulding is energy-intensive, using electricity to melt plastic and compress the air that shapes each container. A solar power system at the factory supplies part of this demand, reducing the electricity drawn from the grid.

Handling

Predominantly battery-operated

Most of the equipment and vehicles that move material and finished containers within the factory are battery-operated, reducing fuel consumption and exhaust emissions in the working environment.

Material

Caps from 4.9 grams

Precision moulds on German and Japanese machinery are designed for optimised use of material and reduced waste. A 4-litre can weighs around 200 grams and a 25-litre can 1,120 grams.

Senan Industry manufactures its packaging in Dubai for UAE industry, and plans to extend this to locally made alternatives to imported packaging and disposable products for the food and personal care sectors.

At Senan Industry, premium-grade HDPE is moulded into jerry cans and caps in the fill volumes most widely used by the lubricant, chemical, food, household care and industrial liquids industries. Every container is supplied with a matching cap, in the size, shape and colour the product requires.

Small Cans

500 ml, 700 ml and 1 litre

Seven designs for retail, where containers are sold individually from the shelf. The 1-litre can is among the most requested sizes in the range.

Mid-Size Cans

3 to 5 litres

The widest choice in the range, with thirteen designs in single-handle, double-handle and top-handle formats. The 4- and 5-litre cans are the most requested sizes Senan Industry produces.

Five designs for bulk and industrial supply. Each container is sealed twice, with an inner plug in the neck and a cap above it.

Crafted In-House, Stage by Stage

Every Senan Industry container is produced under one roof, from raw material to finished stock, on fully automatic German and Japanese machinery.

Material Selection

Senan Industry works exclusively with premium-grade HDPE, a material resistant to the oils and chemicals its containers hold. Using one consistent material means every batch performs the same way from one production run to the next.

Blow Moulding

Each can is blow-moulded in a single piece, with body, handle and neck thread formed together in one cycle. The lines can produce up to 18,000 small, 7,000 mid-size or 1,900 large cans a day.

Cap Production

Caps and inner plugs are injection-moulded alongside the can lines, the method that delivers the fine tolerances a screw thread requires. The cap lines have the capacity to produce 120,000 pieces a day.

Colour Matching

Each customer's colour is matched and blended into the HDPE before moulding, so the colour is part of the container itself rather than a coating applied afterwards.

Branding

Brand identity is applied through logo embossing, moulded directly into the plastic, as well as screen printing and labelling. Containers reach the customer's filling line already carrying the product's name and branding.

Storage and Dispatch

Finished containers are held in Senan Industry's own warehouse, which supports both large-volume contracts and lower minimum orders for specialised projects, with deliveries across the UAE.

Quality checks run throughout production against a set specification for each design, and every can is tested for leaks before it leaves the factory.

High-Pressure Leak Testing

Every can is pressure-tested for leaks. A container that reaches the customer's filling line has already proved that it seals.

Drop Testing

Production runs are drop-tested before release, confirming that containers withstand the handling they meet in storage and transit.

Thickness and Weight Checks

Wall thickness and weight are measured against the specification for each design, so every container carries the strength it was designed for.

Dimensional Accuracy

Containers are checked for dimensional accuracy against the specification for each design, so every cap fits the can it is made for.

Control Over Raw Material

Only premium-grade HDPE from reputed polymer suppliers in the region is used, without calcium carbonate fillers that can compromise quality. Consistent containers begin with consistent raw material.

Samples Before Production

Custom moulds are developed to each brand's design, and samples are supplied on request, so a new container can be approved before full production begins.
