    Senior Executive- Invoicing

    JOB TITLE : Senior Executive- Invoicing
    DEPARTMENT :  Green Arabia

    A. Purpose and Scope

    The incumbent is expected to handle day to day affairs finance of ACWC & also reports to ACWC/ RWMD finance head, should be equipped with sufficient knowledge to understand basis accounting entries and posting.

    B. Responsibilities and Duties

    • To liaise with internal/external auditors for timely completion of the audit of the consolidated financial statements of the group and financial  statements  of  the  individual entities wherever required.
    • Lead the invoicing team for successful completion of invoice creation as per the company policy.
    • Ensure team members are trained and complied for the invoice submission to respective clients on A,B,C,D criteria.
    • Ensure invoices are not omitted or mismatched a s per the collection log. Provide suitable advanced methodology to reduce the human errors on invoices.
    • Responsible for maintaining records of raw materials inwards &outwards. Positing the sales in the system & also maintaining report for production of raw materials. Preparing ACWC expenses allocations and recharge.
    • Preparing monthly/quarterly/period end reconciliation for all key balance sheet items. Maintenance of ACWC and inter-group reconciliations.
    • Ensure books, records, reports and systems are available at all time for audit by internal and external auditors.
    • Maintenance of fixed asset schedule and other details, enter acquisition and records of fixed assets & intangibles in the system. Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, amortization and depreciation schedules, fixed asset register and prepare other financial reports to submit to HO.
    • To actively provide various reports in coordination with Head Office for monthly MIS, budgets, forecast, in relation to finance function.

    Purpose and Scope

    Manage & coordinate for the shift operations of Pallet Block Plant.

    B. Responsibilities and Duties

    • Operate the production lines from the control room and instruct to field operators as per the requirement.
    • Supervise production line operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
    • To communicate his superiors regarding and abnormality in the plant operation.

    A. Purpose and Scope

    Responsible for install, maintain, and operate machinery. They must have a strong understanding of the machines they work with. In-depth training may be required in order to prepare a machine operator for their daily duties.

    B. Responsibilities and Duties

    • Accurate and efficient set-up of the machine in accordance with proper setup techniques.
    • Ensure machine set-up, start-up, operation, and shut down tasks under direction of the machine operator.
    • Set machine belts to job specifications, mount/dismount die boards, set folding belts/ folding rails, rollers to job specifications.

    Two Color Machine Operator

    JOB TITLE : Two Color Machine Operator
    DEPARTMENT : National Paper Industries

    Purpose and Scope

    Responsible for install, maintain, and operate machinery. They must have a strong understanding of the machines they work with. In-depth training may be required in order to prepare a Machine Operator for their daily duties.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, colours, and colour sequences.
    • Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, colour accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
    • Input instructions in order to program automated machinery, using a computer keyboard.
    • Load, position, and adjust unprinted materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms.
    • Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses in order to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions; make any necessary adjustments.

    A. Purpose and Scope

    A. Purpose and Scope

    Assist in supervising all the electrical work and take responsibility. Plans, schedules, and supervises the electrical   installation, maintenance and repairs of electrical equipment etc.

    B. Responsibilities and Duties

    • Ensure trouble-free of all electrical system in entire mill.
    • Assist in planning the need of spares & daily/ weekly preventive maintenance activity.
    • Assist in improvement plant electrical system efficiency through regular energy efficiency activities.

    Control Room Operator

    JOB TITLE : Control Room Operator
    DEPARTMENT : National Paper Industries
    LOCATION: Ajman, UAE

    A. Purpose and Scope

    Monitor the overall operations of the plant and ensure that everything is properly working. Responsible for safe control and operating of equipment & machinery for maximum efficiency and output, troubleshoot plant malfunctions and coordinate operation and maintenance activities on the unit(s) to minimize impact on generation.

    B. Responsibilities and Duties

    • Operate units and associated plant equipment within limits and monitor equipment conditions using all indications available in the control room.
    • Adjust sections of the machine as well as side slitters, trim and cut-off knife during the entire run to ensure proper quality is being maintained.
    • Direct and assist crew members to ensure efficient, safe, and quality manufacturing.
    • repare and maintain quality assurance procedures and technical instructions and actively support and participate in the use and continuous development of the quality management system.

    Purpose and Scope

    A. Purpose and Scope

    To drive Heavy Duty Trucks in locations wherever required to move recyclable from individual service areas to one central location.

    B. Responsibilities and Duties

    • The driver shall strictly observe Traffic Rules and Regulation of RTA.
    • The driver shall maintain assigned vehicles always clean and in good condition, necessary maintenance such as washing and cleaning of assigned vehicles shall be done and scheduled properly for the convenience of the client.
    • The driver shall be responsible for the routine check-up of the vehicles, routine check-up to include but not limited to oil, brake function, water, lights & tire condition and the like
    • Sleeping inside the vehicle is strictly not allowed.
    • The driver shall always drive the vehicles safely and comfortably and must exercise defensive driving while on the road to prevent accident. Reckless driving shall be sufficient ground for driver’s recall and consequently be a cause of termination.
    • Closing time for regular working hours, the driver shall park the vehicle at the designated parking area.
    • It is the sole responsibility of the driver to monitor expiration and renewal of his driver’s license.
    • The driver shall observe strictly the company rules and regulation, policies and directives and instruction of the Company.
    • Knowledge about waste categories and disposal process as per Dubai Municipality regulations.
