    Purpose and Scope
    Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service Centre by managing the service team and to achieve the service objectives set by the management.
    B. Responsibilities and Duties

    • Establishes procedures, plans and directs testing, maintenance, and repair of electric cars.
    • Ensure the highest level of customer service across all touch points.
    • Delegate and direct all service tasks to ensure customer vehicles are repaired and returned within the agreed turnaround time.

    JOB TITLE : Sales Executive

    Purpose and Scope

    Manage and develop sales for EIEME Division and thereby contribute to sales growth and profitability of the company as a whole.

    B. Responsibilities and Duties  

     

    • Promote goods, products & services of the company in line with its standard sales strategies and literature.
    • Approach management representatives of top distributors or wholesalers, competition dealers, power retailers, prospect for any new upcoming dealers or other establishments to convince the prospective clients or channel partners to buy products or services offered; add and develop new dealers & channels partners to the existing account.

    Purpose and Scope

    To develop sales of leading Swimming pool pumps, water heater and accessories and thereby contribute to sales growth and profitability of EIEME division.

    • To sell leading swimming pool water pump and swimming pool accessories, RUUD Electrical & solar water heaters etc within UAE.
    • Undertake prequalification of pumps & accessories as above.

    Operations Officer

    JOB TITLE : Operations Officer

    DEPARTMENT : Green Arabia

    Purpose and Scope

    Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of waste management services.

    B. Responsibilities and Duties  

    • Manage all waste management facilities in Dubai. The site incorporates all landfill and waste management activities.
    • Organize and manage waste disposal, collection and recycling facilities.
    • Supervise the transportation of waste to ensure that it takes place efficiently without contaminating air, land or water sources.
    • Assist with the development, promotion and implementation of new waste disposal schemes.
    • Ensure compliance with current legislation in the transportation, handling and disposal of waste.
    • Provide senior technical guidance and supervision for various municipal  solid waste collection operations.
    • Manage municipal solid waste collection services with respect to management of resources, budget, schedule and client management.
    • Formulate and control budgets for waste disposal, collate statistics and compile reports often to strict deadlines.
    • Monitor the quality and performance of waste services, including contract management of external providers.
    • Assist with the development of information and promotional materials.
    • Aim to meet waste reduction and recycling targets.
    • Deal with enquiries and complaints from members of the public both in person and by phone or email
    • Investigate and follow up claims of the illegal dumping of waste and work with other waste regulation enforcement staff.
    • Identify and target areas with fly tipping or black bag problems, working to find solutions to eliminate these areas.
    • Consult with residents, community groups, councilors, housing associations and traders’ associations about waste management issues, identify their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Develop research projects and contribute to the activities concerned with waste disposal.
    • Responsible for developing new opportunities with existing clients and new marketing pursuits.

    • Responsible for complete servicing of all air conditioners once in every six months including cleaning of filters, coils, drain trays, bearings in blowers system, condenser coils, fan, control panel, electrical contacts & thermostat.
    • Attending to all breakdown complaints as when they occur.

    Purpose and Scope

    To complete finalisation of accounts and analyse financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, cash flow statements or other financial activities of Union Wood Works. Coordinate with internal/external auditors in a
    timely and accurate manner.

    B. Responsibilities and Duties  

    • Monitor and ensure timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with
      applicable accounting standards and other relevant regulations.
    •  Liaise with internal/external auditors for timely completion of the audit of the consolidated
      financial statements of the group and financial statements of the individual entities
      wherever required.
    •  Close monthly accounts as per the deadline (5th) of every month for the previous month
      including accrual and prepayment entries in the ERP system.
    •  Prepare and report financial performance of the business unit on a monthly basis
      comprising profit and loss account, balance sheet before deadline of every month,
      including cash flow, debtors’ statement and ageing, creditors statements and ageing and
      bank facilities update.
    •  Prepare profit centre/product category wise performance and variance analysis of the
      performance visavis budgets in a timely manner.
    •  Exercise strict controls over company accounting records including all vouchers with
      supporting originals.
    •  Review and sign off monthly/quarterly/period end reconciliation for all key balance sheet
      items. Maintenance of Union Wood Works and intergroup reconciliations.
    •  Actively provide various reports in coordination with head office for monthly MIS, budgets,
      forecast, in relation to finance function. Maintenance of fixed asset schedule and other
      details.
    •  Administer banking, payables, payables management, receivables, inventories to
      efficiently manage the company’s daily cash position and future cash requirements
      (manage cash flow).
    •  Supervise payment and trade finance processing including cheque printing and 100%
      records maintenance.
    •  Ensure accuracy in data entry, invoice posting, daily expenses, and bank reconciliations.
    •  Supervise expenses allocations and recharge.
    •  Ensure books, records, reports and systems are available at all times for audit by internal
      and external auditors.
    •  Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting in the company are as per the
      International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
