    SALES EXECUTIVE

    JOB TITLE : Sales Executive

    DEPARTMENT : Electrical Division

    LOCATION: Dubai

     

    1. Purpose and Scope

     

    To manage and develop dealer sales for the Electrical Division and thereby contribute to sales growth and profitability of the M.A.H.Y. Khoory Group of Companies as a whole.

    1. Responsibilities and Duties

     

    • To generate business opportunities through the daily visit to trading market and addressing all their issues and problems.

     

    • Interfacing with clients, providing a clear interpretation of their requirements from the enquiry onset and ensure good working relationship.

     

    • To ensure that the services provided is of the highest quality and in line with specialist services standards.

     

    • Conduct customer satisfaction survey in order to analyse and measure company’s product quality and services for continuous improvement.

     

    • Watch competitors activates and report to General Manager – Electrical

     

    • To promote the company in line with its standard sales strategies and literature.

     

    • To Acts as good ambassador of the company, projects good image of the company outside and collects market developments and competitor’s activities.

     

    • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

     

    • Achieves the Sales Target

     

    • Collects Enquiries, Prepares Quotations, constantly visit the customer, Close the sales.

     

    • Collects payments, Collect Credit applications

    Order processing

    • To ensure that dealers fulfil all criteria of the contract such as payment, signing of agreements, guarantees etc.

     

    • To liaise with the accounts department to ensure all invoices are issued and payments are received on time.

     

    • To deal with all dealer complaints and ensure each dealer is satisfied with the outcome to the best of our abilities.

     

    • To liaise with those responsible and ensure the timely delivery of the units on site and liaise with the dealer to make sure all issues are sorted with regard to delivery and contract  with coordination with sales coordinator.

     

    • Address all the warranty issues of our products arising in the dealer marketing; provide solution and timely service in coordination with sales coordinator.

     

     

    Reporting

    • To make monthly and annual reports to management on sales, customer satisfaction, inventories reports etc as per the standard forms currently in use. To ensure management is aware of all current and relevant issues.

     

    • To maintain call reports with regard to visits to daily dealer and report to General Manager – Electrical.

     

    • To monitor and survey the current client base in order to gain market research through written and verbal questionnaires.

     

    • To monitor the current market situation and report on projects and general business environment.

    1. Purpose and Scope

     

    To manage and develop sales growth and profitability of the Al Mehwar Alfede General Trading LLC as a whole.

    1. Responsibilities and Duties

     

    • To generate business opportunities through the selling of the product mainly within UAE.

     

    • Apply structured sales management process to maximize sales and increased market penetration to Building services, Infrastructures projects & Industries.

     

    • Manage and develop growth of key products. Visiting sites & liaising regularly with end users/ clients, project site personnel, consultants, main contractors/ MEP contractors, government departments to generate inquiries, provide solutions & close the sales and achieve sales target.

     

    • Interact with clients & establish good rapport, determine customer needs & provide a clear interpretation of their requirements from the enquiry onset, explain & relate benefits to product features, handling objectives and ensure good working relationship and closing the deal.

     

    • Follow up sales enquiry, gather client’s feedback and provide further information as required.

     

    • Create new enquiries and maintain an effective enquiry database with robust enquiry and order pipeline.

     

    • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.

    WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATOR

    A. Purpose and Scope

     

    To control & coordinate waste movement on and off sites so that all acceptable waste materials entering or leaving the landfill are recorded and accounted in line.

     

    B. Responsibilities and Duties

     

    • Preparing the report to submit daily bases to management for raw materials coming IN / OUT.

     

    • Coordinating with driver for number of trips.

     

    • Maintaining record of transfer materials; keeping records of number of materials sold out; data entry of receivable materials & reconciliation of the database.

     

    • Record weights & waste type by vehicle, completing appropriate documentation and collect driver signatures, update in excel accordingly.

     

    • Maintain the weighbridge and general area of the weighbridge including the office in a clean, tidy and hazard free condition;

     

    • Maintain records for sold out materials in excel.

    FIELD OPERATION SUPERVISOR

    DEPARTMENT : GREEN ARABIA
    LOCATION: DUBAI

     

    A. Purpose and Scope

     

    Responsible for field supervising day-to-day operations of projects.

     

    B. Responsibilities and Duties

     

    • Maintain inventory of equipment’s (on job skips & stocks) and vehicle cleanliness & equipment branding.

     

    • Trouble shoot at client site access issue/ obstruction etc.

     

    • Conduct spot check on site to evaluate the vehicle operation. Evaluating the bin damage/ cause of bin damage/ corrective action report

     

    • Monitor & supervise the operations of commercial units/ Malls/ Hotels/ community villas.

     

    • Conduct site survey and client site inspection report for pre jobs.

     

    • Provide requisite site assistance on preparation of waste collection routing plan.

     

    • Check PPE manpower before and during the duty shift. Solve day to day issues of manpower.

     

    • Follow disciplinary action according to the company policy.

     

    • Maintain accident analysis reports and prepare personal injury report. Ensure property damage investigation is conducted.

     

    • Weekly counselling for drivers and helper who received violation.

     

    • Conduct operational training for new and existing team also conduct tool box talks for field crews.

     

    • Invoice submission to each customer on monthly basis with conjunction with accounts.

     

    • Responsible for debt collection/accounts receivable from each customer.
