Turning Sunlight Into Power for Every Emirate

About Pure Energy Construction

Pure Energy Construction is a UAE clean energy EPC company, delivering integrated energy solutions across solar PV, energy storage and EV charging for government, energy, commercial and industrial customers. Established in Dubai in 2017, Pure Energy is built on a clear principle: one accountable partner should design, deliver and maintain each system across its working life.

Its engineers take every project from design and DEWA approval through procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, then remain responsible for operation and maintenance. In 2020, Pure Energy's flagship project was the solar system at the Dubai Chamber. In 2026, it is delivering a single plant forty times that size.

From its offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Pure Energy works across all seven emirates. It also designs and installs EV charging infrastructure as an official Huawei Value-Added Partner for EV charging solutions, alongside battery energy storage systems that complete its integrated energy offering, and is now extending into smart street lighting.

Trusted Across Government and Industry

Pure Energy has delivered projects for some of the UAE's leading government entities, energy companies and institutions, from national fuel networks and utilities to universities.

Environmental Responsibility in Practice

Pure Energy's work supports the UAE's commitment to clean energy and decarbonisation. Every system it delivers reduces a customer's reliance on conventional grid electricity, and its EV charging infrastructure supports the country's move towards lower-carbon transport, engineering a smarter, more sustainable energy future.

Energy

Solar power on site

Blow moulding is energy-intensive, using electricity to melt plastic and compress the air that shapes each container. A solar power system at the factory supplies part of this demand, reducing the electricity drawn from the grid.

Handling

Predominantly battery-operated

Most of the equipment and vehicles that move material and finished containers within the factory are battery-operated, reducing fuel consumption and exhaust emissions in the working environment.

Energy Storage

Solar power when it is needed

Battery energy storage holds solar power generated during the day for use at other times, reducing reliance on the grid at peak hours.

Lower-Carbon Transport

EV charging since 2025

AC and DC charging infrastructure supports the UAE's transition to electric mobility, from workplaces and fleet depots to public charging hubs.

Where Pure Energy Has Built

Pure Energy's systems operate on fuel stations, factory roofs, school car parks and a data centre across the UAE. Its portfolio is grouped below by sector.

Fuel Stations

87 sites · 16.7 MWp

Sixty-five ADNOC stations across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are being fitted with solar, and a further 22 stations belong to a second national network. Each installation is planned around an operating forecourt, so stations remain open throughout.

Factories & Plants

13 sites · 11.6 MWp

Systems in operation include a bottling plant in Abu Dhabi and manufacturing facilities producing everything from garments to perfume. Pure Energy's largest project, a 20 MW rooftop plant for Mai Dubai, is now under construction.

Office buildings with rooftop solar at dusk

Government Sites

10 sites · 5.1 MWp

Five systems serve Dubai Silicon Oasis. Others include Dubai Municipality buildings, the roof and walkways of the Dubai Chamber, and the research centre of DEWA, where the panels are mounted on trackers that follow the sun through the day.

Office buildings with rooftop solar at dusk

Schools and Universities

7 sites · 2.9 MWp

A single university campus accounts for more than half of this capacity, delivered in three phases as the campus expanded, with solar installed over its roofs, car parks and bus bays.

Telecoms and Data Centres

4 MWp

Pure Energy delivered Etisalat's on-grid systems and its off-grid systems, which operate without any connection to the electricity network, and continues to maintain all of them. It also built a 180 kWp system for the Khazna data centre in Dubai.

EV Charging

Dubai

EV charging references include the DIFC EV Hub in Dubai, K2 Metal Park in Abu Dhabi and the Lulu Station City EV Hub in Musaffah.

Integrated Energy Solutions

Pure Energy's integrated energy solutions span solar PV, energy storage and EV charging, and now extend into smart lighting. Its solar systems can be installed on roofs, open ground, car parks, water and building façades.

Engineers walking across a rooftop solar array

Rooftop Solar

Systems engineered to achieve the highest output from factory, warehouse and office roofs. Unused roof space is put to productive use, reducing the electricity a building draws from the grid.

Ground-Mounted Solar

Arrays installed on open land, either fixed or mounted on trackers. The solution is suited to sites with more available land than roof space.

Solar Carports

Parking structures roofed with solar panels, including bays sized for buses. Each structure shades vehicles while generating power.

Rows of solar panels on a desert solar farm

Solar Farms

Commercial and utility-scale plants, designed to generate as much power as the available land allows.

Floating solar panels on a lake at dusk

Floating Solar

Systems mounted on floats and installed on lakes and reservoirs, generating power without occupying land.

Building-Integrated Solar

Panels that replace conventional cladding rather than being mounted on it, so that the building envelope itself generates power.

EV Charging

AC and DC charging for homes, workplaces, fleet depots and public networks, built on Huawei charging technology. The service covers design, authority approvals, supply, installation and commissioning, followed by remote monitoring, smart charging and load management.

Smart Lighting

Pure Energy is extending its integrated energy offering into street lighting and is pursuing prequalification with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) for upcoming projects.

Every Stage Under One Contract

Dividing a solar project between a designer, a supplier and an installer leaves no single party accountable for the result. Pure Energy delivers all five stages under one contract, followed by long-term operation and maintenance.

Design

Engineers survey each site and size the system to the roof or land available and to the building's electricity demand.

Approval

Drawings are submitted to DEWA and Dubai Municipality. Pure Energy prepares each submission and takes it through to approval on the customer's behalf.

Procurement

Panels, switchgear, storage and inverters, which convert the panels' output into usable power, are sourced from approved suppliers including Jinko, Astronergy, SolarEdge, Huawei and Sungrow. Equipment is specified to match the design.

Construction

Mounting structures, cabling and electrical works are installed, with civil and steel works where required. Fall-arrest systems are fitted at the same time, so the plant can be accessed safely for maintenance.

Commissioning

Each plant is tested, energised and handed over by DEWA-approved engineers.

After Handover

Dust reduces the output of solar panels in the UAE climate. Modules are cleaned on a schedule, inverters and connections are inspected, faults are traced and repaired, and output is monitored so that any drop is identified early. EV chargers are maintained in the same way, with remote monitoring, software updates and load management.
