M.A.H.Y. Khoory Trading is the Group's original pump business and the home of its Grundfos agency, held for more than five decades. It supplies complete pumping, water heating, valve and control solutions for hospitals, towers, district cooling plants and farms, with engineers who take each project from the first hydraulic selection and technical approval through to commissioning. It operates from Dubai and from its Al Ain branch, which serves farms, industry and infrastructure across Al Ain and Al Dhafra.
WHAT IT SUPPLIES

Emirates International Equipments Machinery
Emirates International Equipments Machinery (EIEM), established in 1989, is the sole agent in the UAE for ESPA, the Spanish pump manufacturer, and represents Watts for valves and building controls. ESPA is specified across many of the UAE's largest villa communities and best-known towers, and EIEM supplies it from stock in Dubai through more than 300 dealers.

Al Mehwar
Al Mehwar ALFDE General Trading, established in 2001, is an authorised UAE distributor for TERAL of Japan. Its pump sets have been specified for towers, residential communities and public buildings in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain, from Emaar's towers at Dubai Creek Harbour to healthcare, veterinary and civil defence facilities for the UAE's federal ministries. Al Mehwar supplies, tests and commissions each set.

Greenland Equipment & Machinery, established in 1996, supplies water pumping, wastewater, odour control and air-conditioning equipment for buildings and municipal infrastructure. It is an authorised UAE distributor for Franklin Electric, authorised to assemble booster sets locally; local agent for Sulzer wastewater pumps and AQOZA odour control since 2024; and authorised distributor for Hisense air conditioning since 2020, with more than 350 air-conditioning projects delivered and recognition as Hisense's Regional Top Partner in 2022.

GOLD audit result
The Machinery Workshop & Service Centre provides the after-sales service, retrofit and lifecycle maintenance for Trading & Projects, keeping installed systems running long after handover, with multi-brand pump service for government, hospitality and residential customers across the UAE. As a Grundfos Authorized Service Partner, it holds a GOLD result in its Grundfos service audit. After it took over Dubai Municipality's domestic pumping systems, emergency call-outs fell from around 140 a month to fewer than 10.
