LLC, a limited liability company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its office at P.O. Box 41, Abu Hail, Dubai, UAE (M.A.H.Y. Khoory, we, us, our).

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Website. By using the Website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The M.A.H.Y. Khoory Group

The Website presents the businesses of the M.A.H.Y. Khoory Group (the Group). Each Group company is a separate legal entity. References to "the Group" or to "we" in a description of a business are for convenience only and do not mean that M.A.H.Y. Khoory is responsible for the obligations of another Group company, or the reverse.

Certifications, accreditations, approvals and authorisations shown on the Website relate to the specific Group company, site and scope stated on the certificate itself. Statements about plans, new facilities or future activities reflect our intentions at the time of publication and may change.

Enquiries and information you send us

When you submit an enquiry, request for quotation, job application or other information through the Website, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it, including any personal data of other people.

We may share your enquiry with the Group company best placed to respond. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send confidential technical documents, payment card details, bank details or passwords through the Website's forms. If an enquiry requires confidential material, we will arrange a suitable channel.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige any Group company to supply products or services.

Fraud warning

M.A.H.Y. Khoory and its Group companies never ask job applicants to pay fees for recruitment, visas or training, and never ask suppliers or customers to change bank details by email alone.

If you receive a job offer, invoice, purchase order or request for payment that claims to come from us and seems suspicious, please do not respond or pay. Verify it first by contacting us at info@mahykhoory.com or +971 4 606 7300. We are not responsible for losses caused by third parties who misuse our name.

Links to and from other websites

The Website may link to websites operated by Group companies, principals, partners or other third parties. Third-party websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse that website.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or the Website, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
